The Carrington Photo Adventure Workshops are designed to allow participants to learn or improve their photography skills in three (3) key areas:
The art of “seeing” and becoming more aware of the elements that make striking photographs.
Technical competence in handling the camera or smart device.
The value of processing the recorded image to enhance its presentation.
Workshops are conducted in small groups, or individually, and include sessions on location that provide practical and real-world lessons and experiences, with follow-up review and critique. Group workshops are planned according to the participants’ level of experience, while individual workshops may be tailored to suit specific requirements.
For those who may be visiting Barbados, special photo adventures that include off-the-beaten-track sessions may be arranged. These adventures include unique areas of the island’s natural environment and are an excellent and enjoyable way to broaden visitors’ appreciation of the island’s physical features and cultural heritage.
